The Kentucky Narcotic Officers’ Association (KNOA) is preparing to celebrate its 20th Anniversary with a conference on September 3–5, 2025, at the Downtown Hilton Hotel in Lexington, Kentucky. The event will start at 1 P.M. on September 3 and conclude at noon on September 5. Sponsored by KNOA and several key partners—including the Kentucky Office of Drug Control Policy, Kentucky State Police, Appalachia and Ohio HIDTAs, and others—the conference promises extensive support and collaboration. Following the success of last year’s event, which attracted over 390 attendees, this year’s conference expects a strong turnout, boosted by scholarships covering 100 rooms for law enforcement officers and executives.
