Instructor Info:
Jimmy Eberhart and Ken Miller have over fifty years of combined law enforcement experience. Jimmy Eberhart retired as a sergeant after thirty years with the California Highway Patrol (CHP) of which he spent over twenty years working criminal investigations. Ken Miller retired from law enforcement in New Mexico with twenty-three years of sworn experience. For eleven years, Ken specialized in the installation, maintenance, and repair of bait vehicle surveillance systems, along with other hardwire trackers.
