STORY OF THE MONTH
Pharmacy – Richmond, TX – January 11, 2026
Four suspects carried out a coordinated armed pharmacy robbery and fled with cash, including a covert 3Si Cash Tracker. Once activated, the device’s GPS Intelligence was sent via the DirectToDispatch™ pathway and was delivered straight to responding law enforcement. Officers tracked the signal to a fleeing vehicle, initiated a pursuit, then apprehended all four suspects. The stolen money was recovered, four individuals with extensive criminal histories were arrested, and multiple firearms were removed from the streets.

Bank – Vancouver, BC – January 3, 2026
1 ARREST AND FULL RECOVERY $445
A robbery suspect handed a robbery note to a bank teller and proceeded to flee with cash containing a 3Si Cash Tracker. The device activation generated GPS Intelligence was delivered through the DirectToDispatch™ pathway directly to officers in the field. The racker was located, and officers identified and arrested the suspect nearby. Investigators later connected the individual to additional robbery attempts, ending an active crime cycle and solving several other cases.
Big Box Retailer – Plano, TX – January 4, 2026
FULL RECOVERY $65,000
Multiple 3Si Jewelry Trackers were recovered during a large-scale burglary at a big-box retailer. Upon activation, the devices delivered GPS Intelligence through the DirectToDispatch™ pathway directly to responding officers. The signals converged at a commercial location where the full $65,000 in merchandise was returned.
ATM – Everett, WA – January 6, 2026
FULL RECOVERY $80,000
An ATM equipped with an ATM Cassette Tracker was taken during a theft. The activation generated GPS Intelligence, which was sent through the DirectToDispatch™ pathway directly to dispatch and patrol units. Officers tracked the signal to a reporting location where the full $80,000 was recovered.
Clothing Store – Chicago, IL – January 7, 2026
4 ARRESTS AND PARTIAL RECOVERY
Four suspects executed a coordinated organized retail theft and unknowingly took multiple 3Si ORC Trackers with the stolen merchandise. The GPS Intelligence provided by the trackers entered the DirectToDispatch™ pathway and was delivered directly to responding units. The signals converged at a single location, where officers apprehended all four individuals.
Telecommunications Store – Grand Rapids, MI – January 10, 2026
2 ARREST AND FULL RECOVERY $30,000
A burglary resulted in the theft of high-value inventory, along with a concealed 3Si Phone Tracker. The device produced GPS Intelligence that entered the DirectToDispatch™ pathway and was transmitted directly to law enforcement. Officers quickly located the suspects, took two individuals into custody, and recovered the full $30,000 in stolen merchandise.
Luxury Goods Store – Seattle, WA – January 23, 2026
FULL RECOVERY $6,200
Two concealed 3Si ORC Trackers were taken during a large retail theft. Once activated, GPS Intelligence entered the DirectToDispatch™ pathway and was delivered directly to law enforcement. Officers tracked the devices to a nearby location where the stolen merchandise was found, and a full recovery valued at approximately $6,200 was secured. These trackers were recently installed and have already secured multiple arrests in several incidents.
Telecommunications Store – Inglewood, CA – January 31, 2026
3 ARRESTS AND FULL RECOVERY $13,500
Three suspects entered a telecommunications retailer and fled with smartphones and cash, including a 3Si Phone Tracker. The activation generated GPS Intelligence, which was routed through the DirectToDispatch™ pathway directly to patrol units. Officers located the suspects within five minutes in the surrounding area. All three were detained, and the full $13,500 in merchandise and cash was recovered.
