The Wisconsin Narcotics Officers Association (WNOA) is a non-profit organization founded in 1990 that brings together law enforcement professionals from all 72 Wisconsin counties. It offers two annual three-day training conferences to help officers better combat drug-related crimes and collaborate on narcotics investigations. The next conference will be held in August, and the 3Si team will be there to connect and support the mission.
