The mission of the Missouri Narcotics Officers Association (MNOA) is to improve and protect Missouri communities by reducing drug-related crimes through high-level education and training for law enforcement officers.

Each year, MNOA proudly hosts the largest law enforcement narcotics training conference in the state of Missouri, serving local, state, and federal agencies of all sizes.
These conferences provide officers with the latest techniques for narcotics detection and testing, as well as strategies for safely de-escalating drug-related incidents in the field.
The Missouri Narcotics Officers Association has trained thousands of officers, currently has over 500 active members, and continues to strengthen departments while helping officers better protect their communities.
