The Major Cities Chiefs Association (MCCA) is a professional organization representing police executives from the largest cities in the United States and Canada.
Its mission is to provide a forum for police leaders to address critical policing challenges, influence national and international policy, support leadership development, and promote research that advances modern law enforcement.

In addition to its general meetings, the MCCA 2026 Committee Conference will take place April 7–10, 2026, in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Our team will be taking part in the conference and engage with MCCA members, Chiefs, and committee representatives to collaborate and exchange insights.
