Tuesday, May 26, 2026, 8:00 AM-5:00 PMCourse Description:The course will provide attendees with knowledge, skills, techniques, and options, combined with GPS technology concepts, to facilitate their investigations and maximize results. The multi-faceted instruction will entail considerations for using GPS strategies to solve crimes, arrest and prosecute criminals, as well as locate and recover stolen property.

Instructor Info: 
Jimmy Eberhart and Manny Nevarez
Jimmy retired as a sergeant after thirty years with the California Highway Patrol (CHP), of which he spent over twenty years working in criminal investigations. At the time of his retirement, he was supervising the CHP ORC Task Force based in Los Angeles, CA. Manny retired after a twenty-six-year career with the CHP, where he built expertise in criminal investigations and operations. At the time of his retirement, he was supervising the CHP ORC Task Force based in Oakland, CA.
